Please register first under: After attending the main lecturers, workshops and poster session of the symposium, participants will have gained insight into 21st century research on creativity and how this relates to training methods. They will have heard about new theories of how creativity can be defined, when it occurs, how it can be supported, which creative strategies may lead to effective practice, and how individuals can stay motivated to acquire additional skills.


T4X2 – Artists and athletes engage in the quest for training strategies that enable and reinforce learning, while facilitating creativity and flexibility. Efficiency and effectiveness are not enough. Work methods need elements of variability to inspire personal growth over a lifetime. Participants will enjoy the perspectives of experts in music, composition, dance, theater, and sports, and hear the views of scientists, practitioners, and teachers.
